Temperature and Luminosity Sensor [TA4007]
Good afternoon everyone..
I am portuguese and unfortunately i don't speak french very well, so i think english it's the best choice...
First of all i have to congratulate Myfox service for the excellent service in the migration process and general support, i'm a 100% satisfied customer.
I already see the Intervention's Table and i have a situation that i cannot solve:
My Luminosity and Temperature Sensor is already installed, i put the HC2 in learning mode, then put the batteries, i hear the check sound from the HC2 and name the sensor.. But after seconds i receive the info that batteries don't have charge.. ("Votre Capteur température & luminosité « Temperatura e Luz » ne fonctionne plus, les piles sont déchargées.")
I tried to take the batteries and put again as it says on the Intervention's Table but it not solves the problem.. The Sensor is near the HC2 (almost close) and i cant see the chart because it replies: ("Vous n'avez aucune données à afficher")
Hope someone could help me...
Thank you

Did you try with other batteries ?
Before putting back the batteries, did you wait a few minutes ?

Yes i try 3 different brands of batteries..
All batteries are new (including originals that come with package - Energizer)
Yes at least once i waited 3 to five minutes with no batteries and tried again..

Re: Temperature and Luminosity Sensor [TA4007]
Try again with the sensor put on top of the HC2 box, the sensor must touch the box !
If you have a siren, try to deactivate it during the sensor pairing process.

Additional Details
I could not do what you tell me about yesterday.
Anyway, as additional detail today my tag (with new batteries) also became to the state
"Votre Capteur TAG « Porta de Casa » ne fonctionne plus, les piles sont déchargées."
Could it be the same problem?
It's 2meters maximum from the central,
Thanks you in advance

Re: Temperature and Luminosity Sensor [TA4007]
The following sequence of actions solved the problem:
• Unpair sensor.
• Wait 2 minutes.
• Pair the sensor with the sensor touching the HC2.
As for the TAG have not tried anything yet because although warning appears, it works...
